2201 Glass and Glazed Tiles

Is a photocatalytically active product for the coating of surfaces. The coating is able to decompose organic compounds on a molecular level just by means of light and makes surfaces hydrophilic. Dirt particles will be decomposed by the coating and flushed-off by rain water. Coated windows remain clear and transparent when exposed to rain. There is no longer any annoying drop formation.

2201 is especially designed for exterior coatings of glass as well as for smooth, non-porous and polished tiles.

2202 Plastics and Acrylics

2202 is a photocatalytically active product for the coating of surfaces. The coating is able to decompose organic compounds on a molecular level just by means of light and makes surfaces hydrophilic. The product shows very good wetting properties when coating synthetic and acrylic material.

2203 Metal surfaces

2203 is a sol-gel processed active titanium dioxide solution for the coating of metal surfaces. The coating is able to decompose organic compounds on a molecular level just by means of light and makes surfaces hydrophilic and antimicrobial. Organic compounds, viruses, germs and bacteria which come into contact with the coated surface will actively be decomposed.
The product can generally be applied on all smooth and/or textured surfaces.

2207 Mineral Plaster, House Paint, Concrete

2207 is a photocatalytically active product for the coating of mineralic surfaces, optimized for a high reactivity. The coating is able to decompose organic compounds on a molecular level just by means of light .Degradation residues will be undermined and flushed-off by rain water. The coating provides self-cleaning properties. Algae and moss deposits are inhibited at the very beginning.
Due to the outstanding bonding capacities, 2207 is perfectly designed for the coating of closed or open-pored mineralic surfaces.

2211 Glass and Glazed Tiles

2211 is a photocatalytically-active product for the coating of surfaces. The coating is able to decompose organic compounds on a molecular level just by means of of light and makes surfaces super-hydrophilic. Dirt particles will be decomposed by the coating and flushed-off by rain water. Coated windows remain clear and transparent when exposed to rain. There is no longer any annoying drop formation.

2211 is suitable for industrial application only.
The titanium dioxide which is used is in amorphous form and will get its photocatalytic reactivity only when it is heated above +400°C. During this process, the product will perfectly bond with the respective surface.

The application can generally be applied on all smooth and/or structured ceramic or glass surfaces.

2217 Natural Stone and Concrete

2217 is a hybrid product for the coating of mineralic surfaces. The coating shows a good penetration and provides hydro­phobic properties. In addition, the coating is able to decompose organic compounds on a molecular level just by means of light. The degradation residues are then flushed off by rain water. The surface is self-cleaning. The growth of moss and algae will be inhibited or entirely avoided, dependent upon the light intensity.

The application is possible on all unsealed mineralic subsurfaces.
